Delivery Information

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £100 (excluding Next Day Delivery). Orders are usually dispatched from Michey Loves within 2–3 working days of being placed.

Delivery Options

 Royal Mail Tracked (Standard Delivery) – £5.90: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Full tracking is provided, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

 Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Delivery – £13.00: Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch. Tracking is provided, and a delivery confirmation will be available.

 Note: Orders must be placed before midday, Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after this time, or on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Local Collection

If you’re local to Bushey, Hertfordshire, we offer a free Click & Collect service. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email to arrange a convenient collection time.

 Missing parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please email sales@micheyloves.com so I can look into this for you.

Europe Delivery

Flat Rate: €23

Our Fair-Shipping Guarantee: We believe in honest pricing. If the actual cost to track and post your package turns out to be less than €23, we will automatically refund the difference back to your original payment method once your order is dispatched.

International Delivery (Rest of World)

Flat Rate: £30
