 Estimated Delivery: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery windows depend entirely on the postal or courier services.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Michey Loves is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country.

 All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, or handling fees).

5. Delivery Issues and Damages

 Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

 Lost or Damaged Packages: Michey Loves is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
