Returns & Exchanges

I always hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please see the information below.

Returns policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a credit note, valid for 6 months.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please note:

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Michey Loves does not offer free returns unless an item is faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage.

Please do not dispose of any items, even if faulty, until you have contacted us.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once your return is received; please allow up to 14 days for this to be completed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of Michey Loves. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 28 days of purchase by emailing sales@micheyloves.com.

Where possible, please include photographic evidence of the fault.

If the item was purchased within the last 30 days, we will aim to offer a replacement, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the correct return details.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

Every effort is made to ensure you receive the correct items.

If you have received an incorrect item, please return it in its original condition (including packaging). We will send the correct item as quickly as possible and refund the cost of returning the incorrect item.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact sales@micheyloves.com, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
