Returns & Refund Policy
If you wish to return your item please return within 14 days of delivery for refund (original payment method) or up to 30 days for credit note valid for 6 month. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Sale items are non-returnable.
Michey Loves does not offer FREE returns unless items are faulty. The customer will be responsible for postage costs to return it. We recommend a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t offer any refunds on earrings.
Sale items are non returnable.
Michey Loves will endeavour to refund any returned goods ASAP but please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed.

Quality and customer satisfaction is at the heart of Michey Loves. If you have any faulty or damaged items please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible please include photographic evidence of fault.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Michey Loves makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are the items that you ordered.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition (including packaging) and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If there is a item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at email@example.com and we will aim to correct any errors made as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible as long as it was purchased within the last 30 days.
